Young audiences around the world are familiar with Benjamin Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, but wonderful as this piece is, it doesn’t give much room to one of the most varied and dynamic sections of the orchestra, the percussion. We aimed to set this right with a coulourful show incorporating percussion from all over the globe.
Brilliant event children totally enthused got drum kit out at home and successfully making good music – although lessons wouldn’t go amiss – all other events are a must so PLEASE let us know when anything is scheduled.”
